- Yes this is a non issue. It clearly states IN THE CONSTITUTION that no representative should ever NOT BE COMPENSATED while serving in there duties. Its clear and simple, just as when they (the congress) passed a bill and instead of sending it to the senate, claimed it to be law without doing so.

- That article deserves a big DUH!!! Really? As if nobody ever noticed this little societal conundrum? Its not like everyone of wealth raises worthless kids, but if you find someone like that in your everyday dealings, then its certainly ok to ask that person their background.
